Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University, where he served as a Cadet in the Army ROTC program, committing early to a life of service and accountability. Upon graduation, he commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Chemical Corps and served with the New Jersey Army National Guard. In that role, he trained and led in high-consequence operational environments requiring precision, preparation, and decisive problem-solving—skills that continue to inform his legal practice.

He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he refined his advocacy skills and developed a client-centered, solutions-oriented approach to legal representation. After passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam, Kyle began his legal career focused on principled advocacy and practical results, with an emphasis on clear communication and strategic decision-making.

He is an active member of the volunteer fire service and serves as a Hazardous Materials Technician with the Chester County HAZMAT Team, supporting emergency response efforts in critical situations. He has also served as Chairman of a local nonprofit organization and as a member of the Chester County Veterans Advisory Council, reflecting his longstanding commitment to civic leadership and advocacy.
